61歳のドイツ人男が14歳の少女と寝ているところを逮捕 プノンペン カンボジア

今週木曜日、毎度おなじみの人身売買担当Keo Thea警部補配下の警察官たちがケルン出身ドイツ人男（61歳）のホテルの部屋に突入し、男が14歳のカンボジア人少女と寝ているところを逮捕した。

そのときこのドイツ男はパンツ一丁で眠っていたらしい。一緒に寝ていた少女は服を着ていた。

そのせいかこのAP通信の報道では男の名前は伏せられている。少女は男と何度かセックスしたという証言をしているが、男がこのあと見え透いた否認を続けることは明らかだと思う。それが白人のアジアでの行動様式である。

男が英語教師かどうかは不明。（ドイツ人などでも「英語教師」としてカンボジアなどでこのような活動をしているものは少なくない）。

カンボジアでは16歳以下の子供とセックスなどをするとdebauchery（遊蕩）という罪で最高20年の刑に処せられる。

フランス人の人権団体はこの男を何度も目撃していたという。それによればこの男は、逮捕されたときにいっしょにいた少女を含めた二人の10代の少女とうろついているのが目撃されており、別の少女とも淫行をしていた疑いがあるということ。

今年の3月には2人のドイツ人男に10歳から14歳までのベトナム人少女を虐待して合計40年の懲役の判決を受けており、4月にはシュトゥットガルト出身のドイツ人Walter Muzeが13歳の少女とセックスして訴えられた。先月はロシア人ビジネスマンが複数の少女と淫行して逮捕されているということ。とにかくドイツ人が多い。

白人がアジアでこういうことを平気でやる心理とハロウィーンで山手線で裸になる心理との間にはそう大きな隔たりはないと思う。彼らは何かを「越えたい」のだろうが、本国では許されないことでもアジアなら白人の特権として許されるはずだという意識があると思う。

ゴーギャンがタヒチで幼女少女とやりまくりそのポルノ絵を描きまくって「自由」と「自己実現」を求めた心理と同じである。モームは「月と6ペンス」でその白人遊びを賛美しアジア太平洋での白人遊蕩に理念さえ与えている。

日本に来ている白人英語教師が日本の女子小学生と堂々遊蕩交際し東京の町を練り歩くひも近いだろう。

警視庁や日本の政治家は白人が「日本は自由ですばらしい国です」とか褒めてやればそれだけで喜んでどうぞどうぞ自由にやってくださいとなるのである。

Police arrest German on child sex abuse charge in Cambodia

PHNOM PENH, Cambodia: Police caught a German man in bed with a 14-year-old girl in the Cambodian capital and arrested him on debauchery charges, police said Friday.

Police raided the suspect's Phnom Penh hotel room Thursday and discovered him with the teenage girl, said Keo Thea, deputy chief of a unit that investigates human trafficking.

Keo Thea said the suspect would face formal charges in a court, but he did not specify the charges.

However, a police officer who asked not to be named because he was not authorized to speak to the media, said the suspect, 61, came from Cologne, Germany and was arrested for debauchery — a legal charge used for the sexual abuse of children under the age of 16 — which is punishable by up to 20 years in jail.

He said police officers burst into the German's hotel room and found him, dressed only in his underwear, lying asleep on the bed with the fully clothed girl.

The girl later told police that she and the man had sex several times before the raid. It was not immediately clear if she also faced any charges.

A French child rights group said it had kept the suspect under surveillance for some time. Investigators for Action Pour Les Enfants saw the man spending time with two teenage girls, including the one whom he was with during the arrest, said Samleang Seila, the group's director in Cambodia.

The detention of the German is the latest in a string of arrests of Westerners suspected of child sex offenses in Cambodia.

Poverty and lack of education in countries like Cambodia make it easy for pedophiles to operate, said Christian Guth, an official of the U.N. children's agency UNICEF, who works as an adviser to Cambodia's Interior Ministry on human trafficking.

"Cambodia is still very weak. Money is very important here, and with money you can do whatever you want," he said, referring to the method often used by pedophiles to lure children.

In March, the Phnom Penh Municipal Court sentenced two German men to a total of 40 years in prison for sexually abusing ethnic Vietnamese girls aged 10 to 14 years.

Then in April, the same court charged Walter Muze, a 62-year-old German from Stuttgart, with debauchery for allegedly having sex with a 13-year-old Cambodian girl. Last month, a Russian businessman was arrested and charged with debauchery for allegedly having sex with six girls in Cambodia. Both are in detention awaiting trial.
